Karie Backman

I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communication Disorders, Speech Science and Psychology. After graduating, my concentration throughout the past 18 years has been in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, all of which require my strong communication, business and negotiating skills.


I joined Keller Williams in 2006 where I focus my business in residential real estate. In 2012, I was ranked #1 individual Realtor and in 2013 I was ranked #3 individual Realtor out of 160 Realtors in the Keller Williams Integrity Real Estate office. I focus on guiding my clients through successful residential real estate transactions by focusing on being a solution finder. I enjoy helping my clients move to their next chapter, whether they are buying or selling a home.


To serve my Clients better in pursuing real estate opportunities, I have earned numerous real estate designations by attending a specific, intensive classes, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, staging, negotiations, finance and risk reduction. With these designations and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues, I can better serve prospective clients and customers.
